We can’t talk about taste without first talking about our ingredients. We want them delivered fresh and locally sourced, but we also want to make sure that they are always available. On top of this, we favour seasonal ingredients so that our menus respect nature’s cycles. Through our commitment to sustainability, the share of organic ingredients in our purchases continues to grow each year. To make this happen we are constantly on the lookout for better ways to develop our sources and what we expect from them in terms of animal rearing, agricultural practices, quality, freshness and ripeness. We do this because we know very well that your satisfaction depends on our ingredients.
