Vicky joined Compass in 2017 and works mainly on new acquisitions in our Eurest segment.

"My first year at Compass was really rewarding: it was a major challenge to take in all the procedures, types of contracts and restaurants, not to mention the specifics of the food services industry. I learned the business step by step, working directly on new contracts. 

The job of a sales manager is not just making phone calls and attending meetings. In my work, you have to manage a lot of dossiers simultaneously and anticipate customer needs. So you really have to know the case file inside out.
I am often on the move, meeting clients and visiting potential sites. So I divide my time between home office and regular office.

My days rarely go as planned. There are always unexpected request or last-minute changes in plans...

All of the above makes my work really gratifying. It requires a lot of structure and flexibility, but I love it!"
