JERUSALEM ARTICHOKES ARE NICE AND CRISPY, AND THEY ALSO TASTE A BIT SWEET. THIS OVEN RECIPE WITH BACON REQUIRES LITTLE WORK, LITTLE WASHING UP, AND TASTES DELICIOUSLY SAVOURY!

Ingredients

  • 400 gr. Jerusalem artichoke
  • 175ml cream
  • Butter
  • Pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • Garlic
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Rosemary
  • Diced bacon

Preparation:

  • Set the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Cut the Jerusalem artichoke into small slices after peeling and put them in an oven dish that you first grease with butter.
  • Beat the eggs with some cheese. Add pepper, salt, nutmeg and some garlic.
  • Place the slices of Jerusalem artichoke in an oven dish and cover with cream.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Fry some bacon cubes. Sprinkle the gratin with them!
  • Spice it up with some rosemary!
