Since March 2020, Belgium has been experiencing a crisis with an unprecedented impact... covid-19 is still the main threat and forces us to live in slow motion. Yet in hospitals, healthcare staff are more indispensable than ever and, in the context of our catering services. Medirest also contributes to the fight against this virus and against contamination.
We met a number of employees, present in the kitchens of the St. Elizabeth Clinic and AZ Jan Portaels, under the supervision of managers Silvio Taormina and Ellen Van Nimmen.
