- One and a half tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 225 grams raw hazelnuts
- Place hazelnuts in a high-powered blender and blend until liquid
- Add cocoa and blend again
- Put the hazelnut paste in a jar. Best kept cool.
- Spread on a tasty slice of bread.
