  • One and a half tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 225 grams raw hazelnuts


  • Place hazelnuts in a high-powered blender and blend until liquid
  • Add cocoa and blend again
  • Put the hazelnut paste in a jar. Best kept cool.
  • Spread on a tasty slice of bread.
