Gourmet Invent launches a unique alternative for end-of-year gifts or events: The Experience Box. "Of course you want to thank your employees and customers as well - and maybe especially - this year. But of course it has to remain coronaproof. That's why we came up with an original solution: an unforgettable spectacle for two at home", says Bart Vandendooren, CEO of Gourmet Invent.

Staff parties, Christmas dinners, New Year's receptions, ... Normally, numerous events are planned at the end of the year. Because as an employer you want to reward your employees for their efforts. And you want to thank your customers with a nice business gift or classy dinner for the successful teamwork. "Social distancing puts a stop to this, but we like to think out-of-the-box. Why not deliver the Michelin stars and the entertainment at home? That's why we developed The Experience Box," says Bart.

An evening to remember

What exactly does The Experience Box mean then? It's a full evening programme, but at home: a first-class four-course menu prepared like a quatre-main by 2-star chefs Filip Claeys (De Jonkman) and David Martin (La Paix) including drinks, elegant table decoration and digital entertainment. Gifted voice imitator Guga Baúl draws the musical map and crawls into the skin and larynx of a host of musical greats. Culinary comedian Joost Van Hyfte provides a touch of humour. Mentalist Gili gives a magical touch to the dessert. Hanne Troonbeeckx and Alain Rinckhout lead everything in the right direction. "Employees or clients receive a personal invitation in the form of a video message. We then put the box in front of their door at the agreed time. A spectacular, culinary evening guaranteed!
