How about a juicy piece of grilled watermelon topped with some white cheese and mint? Sweet flavours clashing with salty ones...finger-licking good!
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 watermelons
- 4 tablespoons honey
- Mint leaves
- Olive oil
- White cheese cubes
- Cut the watermelons into half-moons of about two centimetres thick. Remove the skin and the white pieces.
- Sprinkle the moons with a marinade of honey and lime on the roasted side. Then place them on the BBQ.
- Grill each melon slice for about 4 minutes. Serve with some white cheese, olive oil and mint.
