Ingredients:
150 gr. oyster mushrooms
1 red onion
1 garlic clove
Parsley
Olive oil
Pepper and salt
Oatmeal
Salad
Gherkin
Thyme
50 grams of mozzarella
1 egg
1 onion
Hamburger buns
Tomato
Mayonnaise
Preparation:
- Chop the onion and garlic. Fry these in a pan with olive oil and thyme.
- Chop the parsley into fine pieces.
- Chop the oyster mushrooms into small pieces and mix them in a blender with the onion, garlic, mozzarella, parsley and one egg. Add a few spoonfuls of oatmeal. Season with some salt and pepper. Leave to rest for 20 minutes in a bowl.
- Make burgers from the mix. Wrap them in plastic foil and let them rest for an hour in the fridge. Remove the foil.
- Bake the burgers for 15 minutes on a baking tray in an oven at 200 degrees.
- Place the burgers between a hamburger bun with some mayonnaise, salad, tomato and pickle.
