Pink radish is very tasty raw, so why not use it as an extra flavour for this delicious veal stew?
Ingredients (2 persons)
- 200 gr. veal
- Half an onion
- Half a red onion
- Chicken stock
- 1 stalk of leek
- Bay leaf
- Pepper and salt
- 1 stalk pink radish
- ¼ kg potatoes
- Rinse the leek and celery. Cut into small pieces. Chop the onions and grate the radish.
- Stew the veal with some butter in a pot. Then take it out.
- Brown the onions and add the leek and celery. Mix together with the meat. Season with pepper, salt and bay leaf.
- Leave to simmer for 30 minutes with the chicken stock. Add the grated radish and serve with potatoes or fries!
