Pink radish is very tasty raw, so why not use it as an extra flavour for this delicious veal stew?

Ingredients (2 persons)

  • 200 gr. veal
  • Half an onion
  • Half a red onion
  • Chicken stock
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • Butter
  • Bay leaf
  • Coriander
  • Pepper and salt
  • 1 stalk pink radish
  • ¼ kg potatoes


  • Rinse the leek and celery. Cut into small pieces. Chop the onions and grate the radish.
  • Stew the veal with some butter in a pot. Then take it out.
  • Brown the onions and add the leek and celery. Mix together with the meat. Season with pepper, salt and bay leaf.
  • Leave to simmer for 30 minutes with the chicken stock. Add the grated radish and serve with potatoes or fries!
